This was absolutely excellent. . . I will admit that I was skeptical with the lack of liquid for slow cooker recipe but it turned out amazing. After reading some of the other reviews and seared my meat in a skillet with some seasoning salt and then sautéed an onion in the fat. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. AWESOME! Served it over mashed potatos and the hubby loved it!

Sage Fried White Beans

Yummy and great for a side dish. I would definitely recommend that you use only enough olive oil to coat the beans really well. I thought that 6 T. was way too much.

Creamy Oriental Dressing

Not too bad at all! We loved it on salad! I used Miracle Whip instead of Mayo and it was okay. Was better after it sat in the fridge over night. Am going to try with mayo next time.

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

I took the suggestions of other members and used only one egg and a little more flour. I increased the seasonings (used italian seasoning) and salt. Overall my husband and I thought it was great! I did add a couple of glugs of olive oil to the batter. Baked for 10 min, flipped it, added my toppings and then baked about 12 min until the cheese barely started to brown. Will use this again! Very very easy! Don't touch the batter with your hands though. . .very very sticky. I used a wooden spoon to spread on sheet (11 x 15).

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

I thought that they really pretty good. They are more of a hamburger bun than a sandwich bun. Too coarse for sandwich meat. I substituted some of the milk with water, as milk makes it more coarse.

Blackberry-Chocolate Chip Pie

Very yummy! Would use less chocolate next time. It needs just a hint of chocolate, not a whole mouthful. But very good. Will be making this again!

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

Very yummy! The dough is really crumbly but you just kind of have to smash it together a little bit and they come out lovely! Watch em', they'll burn quick!
