GREAT! Quick and easy... gotta love that :) I didn't use the ground beef. I used half spicy sausage and half meatballs instead.

This is great. It is really sweet, tastes almost like a desset. My husband said he doesn't like sweet potato but this he loved. You have to like sweet foods otherwise this might not be for you.

Death By Chocolate V

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2005
I thought this recipe was great! I read the reviews and made some changes. I doubled the butter, added a 1/2 c. of applesauce and added a little less flour than what the recipe called for. I also baked it for only 50 minutes. Very moist... everyone loved it :)

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2005
I made my own mascarpone cheese (8 0z. cream cheese, 2 T. butter and 1/4 c. heavy cream) and it came out great! The only problem that I had was after I frosted the cake it began to fall apart and crack. So I just picked up chunks of it and transfered it to a bowl. Looked sort of like a trifle and it was very easy to serve. Everyone loved it and thought that it was supposed to be that way!

Totally Tangy Baked French Fries

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2005
These are GREAT and SPICY! I had to cook them longer than the recipe said. I put on the broiler for the last 5 minutes or so and they came out nice and crispy.
