Jan's Pretzel Dogs
These were really good! I wanted them to be more appetizer sized so I cut the weiners in half and wrapped them in the dough leaving only one end sticking out of the dough. The recipe made 24 half-sized pretzel dogs with no dough left over. My first batch did stick a bit and got a bit dark on the bottom (even with doubling up the baking sheets). With the second batch I put the egg wash on the rolls before putting them on the baking sheet and they didn't stick at all and the bottoms were not too dark. I will definitely make this recipe again; my teenage son asked me to make some for his school lunches!

BBQ Chicken Pizza I
This pizza was delicious! I used a homemade pizza crust and bottled BBQ sauce. I did use smoked gouda and seasoned my chicken breasts with a little sea salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. I also used red bell pepper because I couldn't get the other kind. This pizza was terrific, my husband and teenged son loved it. Will definitely make again. Thanks for a great recipe!

Big Joe's Venison Steak in Chestnut Sauce
This sauce was delicious! I made an elk roast and served this with it. The sauce was very nice and really enhanced the taste of the meat. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception that I used bottled chestnuts. My kids both enjoyed it as well Thanks for a great recipe!
