White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV
Oh my gosh. These things are just amazing. I made them with mac nuts that I purchased on vacation in Hawaii. These helped to ease the pain of not being in Hawaii anymore! I followed the recipe exactly. Mine took a few more minutes to cook. I've made them twice now, one time was for an Easter party. Everyone loved them!

Breaded Chicken Fingers
I did not love these. They were pretty dry and flavorless. The kids weren't thrilled either. It was a lot of work for a mediocre result. Of course, maybe I did something wrong, but I'm not inclined to give these another try.

Maple Salmon
This was really, really good! Easy, too. I'm always looking for new fish recipes and I'm glad to have found this one.
