Alice Chicken
My family was not crazy about the flavor of Worcestershire and Honey Mustard. DS thought it might taste better with ranch instead. We also used sauteed onions rather than mushrooms since that is what we prefer. This is not a fancy dish; but, it is very much like something you would order at a chain restaurant. I would say this would be a good recipe to keep for those days when you want to eat out but, cannot afford to. We will make this again; but, next time we will marinade the chicken in honey mustard instead. Also, I think this dish would be good marinaded and topped with BBQ for a variation. Made as is I would give this 3 stars; but, a different marinade would make this a 4 star recipe for us. EDIT: I served this dish using Perdu Simply Smart breaded chicken and it was a major hit! This goes great over a quality chicken strip!

Easy Quiche
I'm sure there are more fancy version of quiche and have tasted a few myself; but, the ease of this recipe makes it a real keeper! I was out of baking mix, so I made my own using an internet version. That recipe called for 1/2 stick of butter as did the quiche recipe. I found the only thing wrong to be too much butter in the dish, so if you are out of baking mix and whip some up I would highly recommend omitting the baking mix butter and only use the 1/4 cup of butter the quiche calls for. I promise it will be more than enough. For the add in's you could definitely substitute a different type of cheese, vegetable and meat. I also used skim milk because that is what we drink and used 2% cheese and bacon instead of ham since that is what was on hand and it was still great! You could make a dozen different types of quiche using this recipe.

Deviled Eggs II
This is a solid traditional picnic recipe. I thought the vinegar might be weird; but, it really works in this recipe. I used 8 eggs and increased the mayo to 3tbs and used a heaping 1/4 of mustard.
