High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Turned out great!! Was surprised too by leaving the oven off for so long...it was a little cool when I served it so next time, I think I'll warm it up before serving. I had a 4.65 lb. roast, preheatead oven to 500 and then cooked for 32 mins. on 475 and let sit for 2 1/2 hrs. in oven and 20 mins. out of the oven with foil over it. I do suggest making a gravy which I did have and made. Otherwise, I think it would have been a little dry. Made baked potatoes and broccoli and cheese with it. Yummy dinner and definitely a keeper!!!! Thanks for sharing!

Chicken Suiza Cornbread Bake
EXCELLENT!! Definitely making again! Small changes I made were can of fiesta whole kernel corn instead of regular...Used the Jiffy brand corn muffin mix cause it was the only one I could find that was 8.5 oz....added little bit of salsa and deleted mushrooms. Fed our family of 5 with left overs but all of them ate it up! Served with broccoli and cheese.

Spicy Maryland Crab Dip
If you're from Maryland...this is the BEST crab dip ever! I had lots of Old Bay and extra cheese! Serve with french bread or Town house crackers. I make it at our Annual Wine Fest in Md. and just made it again at Christmas....lots of compliments!!!
