Chai Oatmeal1/4 cup of rolled oats (the kind you cook not instant)
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons of ground flax seed
1/4 cup of pecans or nut of your choice
2/3 cup of brewed Chai tea (suggest Stash brand)
