Grandma Johnson's Scones

I used these to make shortcake for strawberry shortcake and they turned out amazing! I made them vegan for my family and was suprised at how well they hold together and weren't too cake-y. I used 1 cup of Vegenaise instead of sour cream, and 1/4 cup of apple sauce instead of the egg and followed the directions of the other reviews. Tasted great!

Vanilla Wafer Cookies

Yummy!! Quick and easy to make, use 3/4 cup sugar as others have said. Try greasing the pan a little or spraying it with Pam or use parchment paper to avoid crumbling the cookies. Great to eat with pudding!

Blueberry Lemon Bread

This recipe was wonderful! I followed the directions and it turned out perfect, the people at my church loved it! It wasn't too sweet or too sour, it probably could have used another tablespoon of lemon juice. I also would add another half cup or 1 cup of blueberries next time. For the glaze, I used Xylitol, which is a suger substitute that is good for the teeth and tastes just like suger, only a little sweeter. Thanks for the recipe! =D

Strawberry-Nut Pinwheel Cookies

This recipe was great! I had trouble rolling it, don't worry if it breaks a little, once it's in the fridge it will harden up. The cookies will look wonderful. =)

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are soft! I love them! Instead of eggs (I'm a veggietarian) I use 1/4 cup of applesauce per egg. Not only does it act like an egg, it makes it even more moist!! Try it out!
