Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Delicious!! This recipe is perfect as written. The only difference: I used wheat flour in place of all-purpose flour. Upon taking out of the oven, the cookies are chewy and slightly crisp around the edges. Wonderful.

Peanut Butter Choco Chip Cookies
I was excited to try this recipe due to the great reviews but was a little disappointed. I followed this recipe to a T other than cutting the sugar down by 1/4 cup. The cookies were more than sweet enough. The flavor was okay but unfortunately, the cookies were quite dry.

Quinoa Chard Pilaf
Delicious! I substitued black beans because I was out of lentils and also used a grain blend that included(quinoa, israeli couscous and red garbanzo beans) in place of plain quinoa. It turned out great. I can't wait to make it again with lentils. Thanks for the excellent recipe!
