My favorite things to cook
Brisket, Ribs and Chicken slow smoked on the pit. Chili in the fall & fat, juicy steaks in the summer cooked over a wood fire!!! Ok...I broke down and got a gas grill...lol

Stuffed Jalapenos with Smoked Gouda and Pineapple
We made these last night and everyone loved them. The only thing we did different was to exclude the pineapple & add about a TSP of chipotle chili pepper seasoning to the mix. Very good & we wil be making these again...I did make a little extra and it's very good with crackers!!!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
This was a very easy recipe to prepare. It has great taste & good texture. My kids loved it, even my picky six year old.
