Ham Bone Soup

Playgroup Granola Bars

Southwest Stew

Very good! I doubled the recipe and like another reviewer, did not bake my potatoes but boiled them in the broth mixture until done. I took this to a dinner and everyone thought it was very flavorful.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

So, I was a bit nervous about making this after reading do many conflicting reviews! I prepared my kids that I would be focused and stirring for awhile, so let me be! I made this recipe as listed other than reducing the butter to 1 tsp. Everything else I left exactly as written. I no longer have a candy thermometer, and since I tend to be an undercooker, I got an idea of the temp. with my meat thermometer. Once I knew the temp. was up to 200 degrees, I stirred another minute and everything came out perfect! I suggest not changing anything, just try it and then tweak it if need be. I honestly think it i perfect the way it is! Thanks for sharing. And, fudge is supposed to be sweet, that's why you cut in small pieces for serving!

Shepherd's Pie VI

Very yummy. The whole family enjoyed it. I added brown gravy to one cup of water instead of the broth. And one Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and an additional 1/2 cup of water.

Chocolate Sauce

Black and Blueberry Muffins

My kids gobbled these up. I made mini muffins for breakfast. I used alterations like others. Milk and yogurt for the cream and I used 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup white flour. The cinnamon adds a great taste! Great healthy recipe!

Easy Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

This is very good! I used semi-sweet chips, reduced the sugar slightly and only used 1/2 cup of oil. The cake was perfect!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I used regualr muffin tins and I had a hard time getting the muffins out withour tearing the tops. These tasted good, but I woul ddouble the blueberries next time. I also had topping leftover.
