It was alright, i've had much better. **Update. I changed it a little, and it was great!. Dipped chix in flour, then egg mixture, then the flour mixture. Cooked in olive oil/butter. Once both sides were browned, I took out of pan & put in the oven at 250 for approx 15. For the sauce DOUBLE IF NOT TRIPLE IT! I used premade chix broth, approx 1 cup (wish i used more) added approx 2 tsp cornstarch and about 1/3cup sherry (I was out of white wine). I also added mushrooms, capers, and a little minced garlic and let it simmer while the pasta (egg noodles) cooked. YUM!
