Cyndi's Shrimp Fajitas

My wife and I thought this was great although we did make a few changes. We didnt have any corn so we sub'd in bell pepper and then added about a half teaspoon cayanne to the marinade, fallowed the rest and it came out great. We will be making this often.

Pork Chops in Tomato Sauce

I thought this was great, although... I added some diced red onion and then in addition to the minced garlic at the beginning I added two more loves of garlic before simmering to the liquid, which gave it a great garlic flavor. Also, I added about a half teaspoon of fennel seed to with the onion and bell pepper, which was an addition as well.We loved it this way and are adding it to the rotation. Thankx

Southwestern-Flavored Ground Beef or Turkey for Tacos & Salad

Slow Cooker Barbeque

My wife and I loved this. We added a half a corsely chopped onion and a bell pepper for the last hour and we added about a Tablespoon of dijon and and a couple teaspoons cayanne pepper at the begining for a little spice. Surely a keeper.

Steak Salad (Ranen Salad)

I thought this was great. We have been eating steak salads for a long time and the dressing is the only thing so far that actually tastes good with all the other flavors. I did make some changes to it though. First I omitted the walnuts and mushrooms, my wife will not eat them, I also added onion, we love onion, and then to the dressing I added, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, 2 large cloves of garlic and best of all about a half teaspoon of crushed red pepper, it made the dressing like a light chimchurri it was delicious. Enjoy

Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast

I thought this was great, and so did my wife. We made alot of changes though. First we seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper,and cinnamon before we added the filling. We also used gorgonzola cheese along with the cheddar. Also we put some thyme and sage on the outside. People complained that there was not enough sauce so we upped the wine and chicken stock (water) to 1/3 cup each and got the perfest amount, to go along with that we used about 1 3/4 tsp cornstarch. The sauce was perfect. Well happy cooking.
