Married for about 7 months, Still in college. We love to be active running biking and swimming are our favorites. We spend alot of time on those things and the rest on cooking or just enjoying our friends and family.
My favorite things to cook
I like one pot meals and braised pieces of meat, enchiladas and chili. I also love a long grilling session outside with my wife on a warm summer day, or any warm day here in sothern California
My favorite family cooking traditions
We did not do alot of cooking as a family whenI was younger, I guess thats why I like it.
My cooking triumphs
Anything that I bake that tastes good is a triumph in my book.
My cooking tragedies

Cyndi's Shrimp Fajitas
My wife and I thought this was great although we did make a few changes. We didnt have any corn so we sub'd in bell pepper and then added about a half teaspoon cayanne to the marinade, fallowed the rest and it came out great. We will be making this often.

My wife made this and she scaled it down to one pound and then added 2 chipotle peppers from a can and it was delicious.

Slow Cooker Barbeque
My wife and I loved this. We added a half a corsely chopped onion and a bell pepper for the last hour and we added about a Tablespoon of dijon and and a couple teaspoons cayanne pepper at the begining for a little spice. Surely a keeper.
