Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

This is my go-to recipe for pancakes. They turn out great each time and still work when I add more milk to make them thinner for my husband (the weirdo lol). I use oil instead of butter and can't tell the difference.

Emily's Excellent Taco Casserole

This was really good! It gave me bad heartburn, but that's because it has so many yummy things in it. I used the vegetarian chili from Trader Joes because it is really tasty (and I'm so not vegetarian!) My husband ate it kind of like nachos and I put it on a salad with ranch, which was GREAT. Also, I used more chili to cover all the chips.

Felix K.'s 'Don't even try to say these aren't the best you've ever eaten, because they are' Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are the best cookies I've ever made. I made some giant, some regular, and some itty bitty, and all of them were fantastic. They aren't cakey or crispy, but not too dense either. The giant ones resembled the cookies from out local Pacific Cookie Company. These cookies are perfect. Now to make them into a chocolate cookie with mint chips....

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

Cooking in the oven makes the best bacon ever! I use a 9X13 glass pan. No need to line with foil. No need to turn it. No need to drain it. I just put it in there and time it for 20 minutes at 375 and it turns out perfect every time.

Creamy Rice Pudding

So creamy! I've only had rice pudding made with instant rice and this blows it away. Nutmeg is a must. I can't wait to see if I adapt this for brown rice. I used medium grain white rice and it ended up so creamy. Oh also, after I added the milk it started to brown on the bottom of the pan and I was getting brown stuff in the rice, I was a little worried, but I just turned it down and it still tastes great.
