Kate's Light n' Fluffy Buttermilk and Chocolate Chip Waffles

I have had one waffle that was slightly fluffier (on a cruise). It could be a little tiny bit sweeter and maybe a bit lighter so I gave it a four star rating. I'm still searching for the perfect waffle, but I like this one quite a bit.

Eggnog from Scratch

This is an extraordinary eggnog recipe, but my guests found it way too sweet. I halved the sugar and I also included the egg whites.

Cod au Gratin

This is the perfect traditional Newfoundland Cod Au Gratin. If you add any spices to it, it will no longer be a Newfoundland style Cod Au Gratin. Do not take stars away, as this recipe is meant to be very simple. If you want a more complex recipe, add some spices.

Mine turned out chewy every time. I followed recipe exactly. Excellent cookie, but did not have the "snap" that I desired.

World's Greatest Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is the worst recipe I have ever encountered. I followed her recipe exactly as described (I don't like making changes to a recipe used for the first time). The cookies turned out thin and broke apart when I tried to spatula them from the pan. They spread out too far in the pan. Very disappointed.
