Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2009
amazing!! i followed this recipe to the T, with the exception of not having green onion. these are so creamy and cheesy, dont let the recipe list overwhelm you, most of the items you probably have laying around. my boyfriend and 2 yr old son loved these as well!

WOW!! AMAZING recipe! me & my mom were competing this year in making pumpkin pies, i used this recipe & blew her out of the water!! i did make the mistake of not using room temp. eggs or ice cream but before i baked it i mixed everything together then threw it all in the microwave for about a min and it turned out great! it didnt separate.

Gourmet Cheese Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
i only had 1 can of cheddar so i used that & 1 can cream of mushroom, i used 3/4 c milk and only 1/2 lb "processed cheese" and this recipe was STILL entirely too artificial cheese tasting. "dotting" the butter on top, when you take the potatoes out of the oven the grease runs everywhere its EXTREMELY unattractive. this recipe needs alot of doctoring, its a heart attack in a pan.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
EXCELLENT RECIPE! most potato soups are so dull and bland, this one was great! i did as others suggested; 1/2 c. water 1/2 c chichen broth, and only 1 tsp boullion. other than that i followed the recipe exactly and it was perfect! family also loved it! consistancy was not too thin not to thick!
