Very, very good for a such an easy soup! I added lots of fresh cilantro, cumin, and chili powder. Also, rinse the chicken and black beans well before adding to the soup. The first time I made it, I just dumped it all in and the soup was an ugly brownish gray color. But the taste was still great. I use frozen or fresh corn because I don't really like canned corn. I was very pleasantly suprised to find that canned chicken isn't too bad (I've never used it before), although I still prefer to poach a chicken breast and cube the meat instead. I'll probably keep these ingredients on hand all the time now!
