This was really good! Like others, I decided to bake this in the oven. I baked it @ 375 for 45 min. It turned out perfect, and the marinade was delicious. Thanx for sharing!

OMG, this is sooo delicious! I used applesauce instead of oil to lower fat content. The bread is still moist, and good! Thanks for sharing this keeper!

Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: May 1, 2006
We really enjoyed this meal. Instead of roasting it in the oven, I cooked it in the slow cooker on low for 4 hrs. I was a little skeptical about the O.J., but it turned out great! I served it with butter, and herb noodles on the side. Thank you for the recipe!

Pasta Basico

This was pretty bland we thought. I had to doctor it up a bit. I threw in sauteed mushrooms, garlic salt, and heavy cream because it was a little dry.

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2006
I took advice from others, and used 1/2 brown sugar, and 1/2 white. I added a tsp of vanilla, and I waited to put the peanuts in until my thermometer read 250 so they would'nt burn. This was so yummy! It was my first time ever making peanut brittle, and it was easy to make. It is time consuming though, but worth it!!

My husband has never raved about my cooking until I made this recipe! This is no joke, he actually licked the sauce off of his plate, he loved it so much! The only change I made was I put 2 tsps. of minced garlic in while browning the meat. I also ended up adding just a little more wine to cover. This recipe was to die for! Thank you for helping me make my picky husband happy!
