I am married to a wonderful man, and we have a 6 month old daughter. I was never into cooking until my sister-n-law told me about this recipe site. We were living on Hamburger,and tuna helpers! I've grown a love of cooking, and I love to look up new recipes to try out. So far, every one that I have tried turns out good! My husband is thrilled also. He was a little worried that he would have to eat boxed foods for the rest of his life! I love cooking casseroles! I think my ultimate favorite thing to make is Mexican food! My mom was not into to cooking growing up, so I don't have any! She did make a good homemade mac and cheese,(which I have learned to0 make!) I'm really good at making Seafood Enchiladas, (which is on this site!) It's my husbands favorite! Oh my gosh, where do I start? I've had alot! When I was younger, I actually burnt a boxed mac and cheese!
