Absolutely delicious! I made mine on the stove and it was ready in less than an hour. Instead of ham I used bacon. I used whole milk and it was thick and creamy. Will make again for sure!

YUM! I've been looking for a good Mexican Rice recipe that would taste like the kind you get in a Mexican Restaurant and this is pretty close! It is slightly dry (in a good way) and lightly flavored so as not to overpower whatever dish it is being served with. I followed the recipe exactly except for using medium grain rice cuz that is what I had in my pantry and it turned out fine. I will definitely make this my go to recipe for Mexican night in my house!

I made this cake exactly as the recipe called, except for nuts (because my kids don't like 'em). Will absolutely make again. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely delicious. A "10". Will make this again and again, writing it down in my recipe book. I followed the recipe exactly except for using ketchup in leiu of the tomato paste.

I actually got this recipe from a friend whose son now requests these instead of birthday cake! Oh so good! Brought them to a Christmas party last year and they were literally the first item to go. I sprinkled colored sugars on them and used white and dark chocolate. Cannot go wrong! Enjoy!!

Yum. Definately agree with others about the nice contrast between the tang and the sweet. Next time I think I'll add some coconut and I like the idea of some white chocolate chips! Definately will make again.

We let this marinade overnight, using red onion instead of the green, and it turned out superb! Has already become a favorite in our house!!
