This is a great recipe. I doubled the spices. It makes it tastes more like the ginger cookies my grandma used to make.

Classic Tapioca Pudding

Reviewed: May 8, 2008
This is a great recipe. It reminds me of my grandmothers. I left out the salt. Didn't miss the taste at all. Doubled the vanilla. I microwaved it to save time stirring it on the stove. A total of 8 minutes and stirred it every 2 minutes. I love it warm. Thanks for sharing.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2007
I just got done making this peanut brittle. I have had a recipe for years and thought it was the best. I had to cook it on the stove and stir and wait for it to get the right stage. This is too easy. My microwave oven is 750 watts and I followed the directions exactly as the recipe calls for. This is definitely a keeper !!! Try it !! You will be glad your did.

Mom's Ginger Snaps

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2007
These cookies are fantastic !! I like them because it calls for vegetable oil instead of margarine. I double the spices. They stay soft even after several days of baking.

FANTASTIC !!! Just couldn't get enough of them. The parchment paper worked great. I re-used it for about 4 batches of potatoes. I can't wait to try sweet potatoes!

Bob's Habanero Hot Sauce - Liquid Fire

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2007
My family just loves this sauce. I didn't add mustard and I think it tastes better without it. Too much of a strong taste the first time I made it. This is a keeper. Thanks RB Miller for sharing

Really good flavor. My husband really liked it. I thought it tasted close to V-8 juice..but it didn't have the thickness like v-8...but still good...

Chai Tea Mix

I drink this all the time. Alot cheaper that Starbucks. I will give this away for Christmas gifts. Everyone that tries it just loves it. The only change I made was I left out the cloves. I don't like the taste of them. And it still tasted great.

Iced Coffee

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2005
I only rated this a 4 star because I changed it. I didn't have any sweetened condensed milk or instant coffee granules so I made my own recipe. This is what I did. 1/4 C coffee.. 1 cup ice cubes.. 1/3 c half and half.. 1/3 c milk..1 T chocolate syrup and sugar to taste..makes 1 cup..it was fantastic! I will be making this alot..and you can save coffee from breakfast to make it... so thanks for the idea..ENJOY...

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2005
This cake is just awesome! I changed the Irish Cream to Kahlua. I also put the cake back in the pan to glaze it. I was really afraid it won't work but it was easy. The cake is so moist you have be careful with it so it doesn't break apart. Every time I bake it people want the recipe..Thanks Sue for this great recipe.....

Black Bean and Corn Salad II

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2005
We really like this salad. The only change I made was the cilantro. I prefer parsley. I used cilantro the first time I made it. But since then I changed it to parsley. It tastes best the next day. Thanks for this recipe I have been looking for a good black bean and corn salad for some time now. This is a keeper for me.

Seven Layer Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2005
This is an awesome recipe. Comments were made about the dressing being to thick. My aunt gave me this same recipe but the dressing uses 1 cup mayo and 1 cup sour cream and of course the parmesan cheese and sugar. It makes a creamy dressing and is easier to spread and is soooo good. My family just loves it.
