This turned out better than I expected after reading a lot of the reviews...I was skeptical of how it would all come together! I used 3 medium sized chicken breasts, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, a can of low sodium chicken broth (smaller can, not one of the larger ones), and some pepper...cooked in the crockpot until the chicken was cooked through (I was home while it cooked, so I was able to check on it every so often). I'd say it cooked for probably 4-5 hours on high. Chicken shredded up nicely, I added back a little flour into the soup to thicken it up a bit, and added the chicken back in. I rolled out four of the biscuits and sliced them in half long-ways, then five times across. Dropped them into the chicken mixture, stirred it together, and let it cook for another hour. I wasn't sure what to expect for the consistency of the "dumplings" - would it be more biscuit like or more dumpling like - because of all the moisture from the soups they came out very much like dumplings! Very tasty, very easy...thank you!
