Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2005
This turned out just so-so for me... Didn't have a ton of flavor.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2005
This is a very unique but tasty approach to meatloaf. I don't have a huge sweetooth but this was still quite good. Definitely eliminates the need to use ketsup as a condiment! I would definitely make this again.

Butternut Squash with Onions and Pecans

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2005
This did not turn out well at all for me... The squash did not get tender, even when I pre-cooked it to aid in the peeling. Not much flavor either... The toasted pecans were the best part!

Classy Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2005
Mine turned out a bit salty (and I like salt). I think if I make this again, I will either leave out the salt completely or reduce it.

Ten Minute Szechuan Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2005
Very tasty and easy... I used chili flakes instead of cayenne which really kicked it up a notch. Definitely needs a little more sweetness - soy sauce is very strong. I wonder if adding pineapple chunks would be good?

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2005
This should be called "Amy's EXTREME Garlic Egg Chicken". I would say I somewhat enjoyed this recipe... But the amount of garlic was a little much. My mouth was burning garlic... I was worried about still reeking of it the next day at work!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2005
Delicious! This was the first time I've made something that reminded me of (and was as good as) my mom's home cooking... Unfortunately a bit high in fat and calories so I won't make it often... But, definitely worth making every now and then.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2005
My boyfriend and I both loved this recipe. It was unclear to me, however, as to how long to cook the onions before adding the other ingredients. Also, it did not say to, but I added the meat back into the mixture before serving which made sense. I agree that the chile sauce is a must... Add a minimum amount to the mixture but offer it on the side for those who want more heat.
