Made on stove. Used spicy taco seasoning and a little hot sauce. Very tasty.

I instead cut into fourths and put on the grill. Tasted great!

Hearty 3-Bean & Ham Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
Loved this soup. I added garlic and potatoes. I used left over honey ham. The brown sugar and honey ham gave it a slightly sweet taste. The only thing I will do differently next time is put the ham in at the very ends since I froze mine (unfreezing and microwaving again was a little much for the ham).

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

I have used a recipe quite similiar to this in the past, but my b-friend loves the addition of lime to the chicken. I think this is the recipe for us.

Wonderful, easy way to cook ribs. Added a bit more spicy seasonings to the water and basted once half way through baking.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2011
Love this soup. We don't peel the potatoes, use chicken broth in place of the water/bullion granules and add minced garlic. A favorite, time and time again.

Another Pork Chop Casserole

Reviewed: May 18, 2011
Good basic recipe, but I did alter a lot. I cut servings in half but still used a whole can of green beans. Added a tablespoon of milk to the sauce. Seasoned chops with Montreal Spicy Steak Seasoning and minced garlic while browning. Added garlic powder, dried minced onion, a worcestershire sauce to the sauce made with cream of mushroom garlic. We loved it.

Kung Pao Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2012
Double or triple the sauce. I only use 2T sesame oil total though and go a bit light on the constarch too. I also add red pepper and quite a bit of chili sauce since I usually don't have chili paste on hand. Finally, I use chicken broth instead of water and add about 1/3 cup to the sauce when simmering.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Very easy and tasty. Used less chicken, but same amount of sauce. Simmered part of the time uncovered as others suggested to speed up process.

Aimee's Quick Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2013
The flavors just seemed a little off to us. Too much going on in different directions. The chicken was moist though.
