Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
WOW!!! I love a soft iced cookie and this has it all.... Took this to work and everyone raved. I didn't change a thing about the recipe. Perfect as it is! Although if I did add something is it might be interesting to use a little cream cheese in the glaze. ENJOY! I will make these again and again.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2009
Ok this is like the best ground turkey meatloaf that I've ever made!! I modified it a little. Didn't have any Italian seasoned breadcrumbs so I used homemade breadcrumbs from toasted bread and used one package of Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing mix and finally I didn't have cubed colby jack cheese so I used a shredded cheese blend that had colby in it. Turned out fabulous! You should try it!!

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2008
Excellent! If my husband loves it then it is a winner... He likes his chili thick and chucky. He said it has a nice fresh and light flavor. This will definitely be a repeat dish for us.

Quick Hoppin' John Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2007
EXCELLENT. SO.... much flavor. I added sauteed chopped celery, peppers, onions, roasted garlic, sage and cayenne. I substituted pork sausage for smoked turkey sausage. And also I did one can of mild rotel tomatoes and 1 can of diced tomatoes instead of 2 cans of the same. I'll definitely make this one againg

Vikki's Red Bean Sausage

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2005
Awesome Kid Friendly Recipe!!! My kids love this so much. We use polish kielbasa for the sausage to cut down on fat and I use 1 can of chopped chilis for the 5 chili peppers. I can control the heat and the salt with this recipe. Easy and so simple! A weekly must for all households!

Grandmas Cowboy Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2001
Excellent! Moist, chewy and gooey. I omitted the coconut & nuts. They were as chocolaty as brownies but tasted as good as old fashioned chocolate chip cookies. Took a little longer to cook, but it was most likely my oven. My kids really like these.

Broccoli Quiche with Mashed Potato Crust

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2001
Excellent! I used instant potatoes instead of baked potatos. Enough potatoes for serving of 4 people. It turned out great. My kids loved it. I would cut the pepper in half though. Also we omitted the onions.
