Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2009
I made this exactly as directed and it was too sweet for my taste. I added some crushed red pepper and salt and it helped a little bit.

Taco Roll-Ups

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
I was so excited to try this recipe, but it was not a crowd favorite. I might have put too much on each tortilla, but it was very strong and I couldn't eat more than one. I had about 25 people over for a Christmas party and I had almost all of these left over and had to waste them.

Maple Syrup Casserole Made in Heaven

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2006
Dessert for breakfast! This was super yummy, but I learned a couple of extras. Break the bread into 1 inch pieces, add lots of fun spices like cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and don't layer it too high. Mine was a little mushy in the middle, which didn't bother my friends, but I had to bake it quite a bit longer than instructed. Overall, yummy!

Chicken and Apple Curry

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2006
I love this recipe! I do like to add some color to it though with diced peppers (green, red, and orange). I also add garlic, always use tart Granny Smith apples, and if you like an extra kick, like we do, be very generous with the curry powder. Served over rice, this is an excellent, healthy meal! Thanks!!

New Red Potato Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2006
I don't even like potato salad and I liked this one! I was instructed to bring p. salad to a cookout so I grabbed this recipe. Added bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese, and it was a huge hit! This is now my designated dish at gatherings! Thanks for changing my mind about potato salad :)

Pam's Glazed Meatloaf

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2006
Very tasty! I substituted Ritz crackers for saltines (b/c that's all I had!) and it was great. I placed the loafs right on a wire rack with a drip pan so that some grease would drip off and it did pretty well. The leaner the meat, the better though. Thanks Pam!

Jet Swirl Pizza Appetizers

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2006
This is a neat way to serve pizza. I recommend adding a small amount of pizza sauce, otherwise it's too dry. I used a roll of pizza dough that was refrigerated, which was easy, but it is important that you wait at least 20 minutes after baking to cut. I made the mistake of cutting my roll too quickly and the cheese oozed everywhere and it was a mess! After learning to wait, everyone really enjoyed this unique pizza appetizer.

Breaded Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2006
I have tried many parmesan chicken recipes and this was the best I've had yet! I loaded up on the curry powder, which added a little kick and the stuffing mix is genious! I served this with mashed potatoes and broccoli...YUM!

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2005
this is a delicious and easy recipe. i would advise using at least the 93% lean ground beef, otherwise it is a greasy mess! the topping is original and fab...thanks!

Taco Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2005
This recipe rocks! Has been enjoyed by many family and friends. One slight option: if you like spicey foods buy the 'hot' taco seasoning and maybe use 1.5 packs, it brings an extra punch!
