Southern Peach Cobbler

Super fast and easy to make.. We used fresh peaches we had canned (poured out most of the juice) & added 2TBLS more Butter and Cornstarch as others suggested. This recipe was FANTASTIC! We will be making this again (maybe even later this week),

Tex-Mex Lasagna

This was a great recipe starter for what i was aiming for. I too changed it up a bit using about twice the beef. I also eliminated the cottage cheese. Toward the end of baking I added more cheese & crumbled tortilla chips on top. We topped it when serving each plate with choices of sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, guacamole & fresh chopped Jalepenos. Everyone in the family loved it!

Chili Mac Casserole

This was a great recipe! We wanted to make dinner with ingredients we already had vs. going to the store. I probably doubled the seasoning & added a touch of garlic salt and garlic powder. I also added about a tablespoon of Williams Chili Seasoning. Very yummy. Definitely a repeat at our house!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I love making this dip. My husband can't stand the smell or taste, but he is the only one that doesn't devour it. We eat it with tortilla chips. I also use fresh cooked chicken strips (diced) instead of canned. It always brings rave reviews at get togethers.

Hot German Potato Salad III

I guess I've never had "real German" potato salad! This was SO good!! It was definately different than anything I've tried, but I loved it!! I did add about 1/4c of sour cream for the creaminess. That probably changed it completely. However, we loved it! We'll definitely make it again!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Made this for New Year's Eve party! They were wonderful! I actually prepped the wings the night before too, so all we had to do was fry them that day! We made made 4lbs (and a table full of food) and only had 7 people (3 were kids), all but a few were gone. We did make about 1/4 with sweet smokey bbq sauce for the kids. These were good too!

Golden Potato Soup

Very good! I usually make mine very similar to this, only adding a can of cheddar cheese soup to the recipe and saute'ing the celery and onion in butter prior to adding the liquids and potato's. I've always used ham, but I think next time I'll try fried bacon pieces in place of the ham. Great recipe! Thanks!!

The Best Chicken Salad Ever

I am so particular about chicken salad, that in fact, I've only found one place I like it really!! This was a fabulous recipe! I used a cole slaw mix that I love from Harp's produce department and a sliver of chopped apple. I also added about a tablespoon of salad dressing to the mix before serving to make it a bit more moist. Thanks for the GREAT recipe!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

We made this and added 1/2cup of cheddar cheese to the cream cheese. When the jalapenos come out of the oven try drizzling with brown sugar and butter mixture. Probably about 1/4c brown sugar to 3tbl of melted butter! THE BEST!!!

Praline Sweet Potatoes

Wonderful again this year!! I made this last Thanksgiving! It is the best sweet potato casserole I've ever had!! I've never even made a sweet potato casserole before and my 70 year old grandmother wanted the recipe. She said it was the best she'd ever eaten!!! I cut back on the amount of pecans I used; I think I used about a cup instead of 1 1/4. It was perfect!!

Amish Meatloaf

My recipe was a lot like this one, but I tried the changes of the buttery crackers and bacon on top while baking!It was WONDERFUL!The sauce was a nice addition as well. Very Tasty!I did add a few bell peppers and we will definately be using this recipe from now on in the future!
