Jo's Rosemary Bread
This is so easy to make. I don't use a bread maker, so I heat the water to warm (about 45 second in the microwave), and then combine the sugar and yeast for 10 minutes before combining everything else together. I knead only until mixed completely (less than a minute), then I grease a new bowl with olive oil, place the dough in the new bowl, and let it rise an hour. I bake it in a normal loaf pan, and let it rise again about 20 minutes again if I have time, then I bake it at 350 for 25-30 minutes, and it's perfect. Crunchy on the outside, and moist and light on the inside. I use fresh chopped rosemary from my bush, and typically add dashes of oregano, sea salt, and other similar spices. You can't go wrong!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting
I made these for cake balls frosting. It's absolutely amazing! I put in the lowest amount called of powdered sugar and added just a splash of milk. Absolutely perfect consistency. I will make again! I have no idea how anyone could manage to mess up this easy recipe!

Chicken Scampi II
Before I made this, I saw a few comments that stated this is restaurant quality. Well, I just made it and I absolutely agree!! It was amazing! I cut the butter in almost half and subbed water (about 1/2 cup) and it was still rich and incredibly flavorful. I also added the spaghetti to the sauce to soak it all up! Next time I will add more garlic, no other changes needed!
