Jo's Rosemary Bread
This is so easy to make. I don't use a bread maker, so I heat the water to warm (about 45 second in the microwave), and then combine the sugar and yeast for 10 minutes before combining everything else together. I knead only until mixed completely (less than a minute), then I grease a new bowl with olive oil, place the dough in the new bowl, and let it rise an hour. I bake it in a normal loaf pan, and let it rise again about 20 minutes again if I have time, then I bake it at 350 for 25-30 minutes, and it's perfect. Crunchy on the outside, and moist and light on the inside.
I use fresh chopped rosemary from my bush, and typically add dashes of oregano, sea salt, and other similar spices. You can't go wrong!
