Beef Tips and Noodles

I used chuck eye steak because that was what I had but I did everything else as directed and this is awesome. Fast, easy and most important delicious! This is a perfect dish done as indicated and I will be making it again.

Classic Goulash

We are not Hungarian. This is exactly what I remember as the Goulash my Mom made when I was a little girl. I have looked every where to find a recipe that was not Hungarian . Thank You soooo much. It is perfect!

Eggs Benedict

I have tried the blender and the double boiler and found it is much better the original way. No matter how fast life goes, some things just cannot be hurried. This is excellent left alone.

Deep Fried Dill Pickles

I agree that pickle slices get a bit soggy. I found a hotter heat helps a bit, but the pickle spears did work the best. To give this an honest review I measured all the ingredients exactly and give this 5 stars. These are just wonderful and the whole family loves them!

Country Breakfast Casserole

First of all, I followed this to the letter and it was just wonderful. My entire family plus a couple neighbor kids loved it. Husband says it is a once a week deal and he is picky. When an original recipe is changed it cannot be given a fair rating so before rating something with 3 stars try making it again and follow the recipe, by changing it you are the one who made it not great.

Cream of Mushroom Soup I

I will never buy canned mushroom soup again! This only took a few minutes to prepare and is so much better than canned. I would give this 10 stars if I could. The sherry is a must! I tasted before the sherry and after, after was much richer.

Cucumbers in Sour Cream

If you like them less soupy, which we do, salt the cucumbers and let them set for at least 1 hour. I rinse the salt off but you don't have to. This is actually a very good base for a sauce.

Cabbage Success

This tasted ok. If I make it again I will use a small onion,a tig less brown sugar and add a touch of thichening to the milk as it was not what one might call creamy.
