Zucchini and Potato Bake
This was soooooo good. I have to be careful because sometime I dry it out a bit, probably b/c I am cutting the potatoes too small. I used panko bread crumbs instead of regular bread crumbs and I don't plan on ever changing that. D-licious!!!

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli
A delicious broccoli recipe. It was something a little different, which I liked. I added extra garlic just because I love garlic. Just be careful not to overdue the lemon juice. I love lemon juice and ended up putting in a little more than called for, which was more than was needed.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet
I'm never buying jarred sauce again!!! I prepared the recipe just as stated except I added some sugar since the cheap white cooking wine I used made it slightly on the tart side. It balanced the flavor perfectly. This sauce is d-licious! I'm definitely doubling or tripling the recipe next time and will freeze it.
