Crayfish or Shrimp Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2007
I sauteed red and green peppers, mushrooms, onions and a little garlic and added to the thickened sauce. Then added precooked large shrimp and cooked until well heated. It was absolutely wonderful! This can be eaten on a low carb diet without adding pasta. Thanks for the great recipe!

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2006
Really liked this recipe! I was afraid my husband would complain that there was too much garlic, but he LOVED it! Very subtle garlic taste. I used panko bread crumbs because they stay so crispy. Very good ... thanks for this one!

Easy and excellent! All my guests said this is really gourmet. Tried with walnuts the second time and it was just as good. Thanks, Debbie for a great recipe!

Death by Chocolate

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2006
Excellent special dessert that's easy to make. We were so surprised at how light it tasted (expected heavy tasting and over-stuffed feeling). People actually went back for seconds and thirds !!!

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2006
This is just the BEST caramel corn! I used 2 bags of microwave popcorn. After corn is popped, I place it in a large paper grocery bag and pour caramel mixture over it (stir with a wooden spoon).I also added some slivered almonds and some dried cranberries (yum).Poured mixture in jelly roll pan coated with nonstick spray. I baked for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 mins. The next time, I might even try doubling the caramel topping. If you like caramel corn, you'll LOVE this recipe. Thanks for the posting!

Sorry, really not much flavor. Maybe with a lot more seasoning it could work, but very disappointing as written.

Omelet in a Bag

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2006
Can't believe how good these came out! My husband was sceptical, but thought these were great. Thanks so much for an easy, timesaving, wonderful recipe! Forgot to also say that this cooks perfectly when you use a quart size Ziplock freezer bag (you can also put names on the bags, but be sure to face them in different directions because the print transfers to the bag next to it.)

Apple Enchilada Dessert

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2006
I made these using peach pie filling, and as someone had suggested used only 1/3 cup of water. They were absolutely wonderful! Before serving, I drizzled with carmel topping and sprinkled some chopped walnuts on top. Got SO many compliments! Thanks so much for a great, easy, different dessert recipe.
