Rocky Mountain Stew

good filling winter nourishment - for a budget dinner i used stewing steak, a lower temperature and cooked a little longer. the paprika gives it that bit extra that made the family ask for more!

yum yum yum!!a bit messy to prepare but well worth it for the gorgeous taste!! you will need to make double because the family will love it and ask for seconds! goes great with peanut butter noodle recipe and a green salad with lots of crunch. a big favourite around here!!

very simple but delicious - not time consuming but tastes like you've slaved over a hot stove all day!! great weeknight dinner after sports when you need filling right up!!

Raspberry Peach Crumble

Really really yummy!! I reckoned i could save time now and again though, by using ready made crumble. This is a great versatile recipe to encourage family members who are picky about fruit to learn to develop a taste!! BIG family favourite now!!

here in the u.k sometimes its hard to get the exact ingredients - provolone for example but when you can, it's well worth the effort. my son, who is soo picky at times absolutely loves this and could probably eat a four person serving on his own! really tasty filling teatime special that i'm always being begged to make more of!

absolutely dee-licious! everyone in the family liked this one a lot. took a while to make the first time, slightly fiddly but well worth the effort. a great medley of flavours. definitely one for the permanent recipe book.

Orange Island Chicken

Mmm Mmmm! My kids loved this recipe, husband too and they are SOO picky. Great with a salad. The chicken is so tender, very appetising to look at. So easy to prepare also.
