My favorite things to cook

My favorite things to cook are foods that make me nostalgic. It's the feeling that makes you go "Ahh.." For me, that's almost any popular Taiwanese dish from the hundreds of different types of noodles (soup and dry) to the very simply veggie stir frys. Besides that, I also love to BBQ. Mainly, steak on a weeknight. It's simple and delicious--no one can complain!

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

I've made this recipe twice though somehow my 2nd attempt didn't come out nearly as good as the 1st. Strange how this happens.. I must've altered it somehow before I cooked it the 1st time.. Gotta make notes next time! =P

Easy Scalloped Potatoes

This is a tasty scalloped potatoes, but it would've been helpful for more information on how long to leave the potatoes in the over for. I started checking after 20min and ended up leaving them in there for around 40 instead before they were completely done.

Simple Spinach Lasagna

I've had better from different Spinach lasagnea recipes on this site. Maybe the spaghetti sauce I used wasn't that great, but this was just a mediocre recipe at best.
