Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

This is a fantastic recipe! I scale it down to 15 servings. Great when combined with a greek pasta salad.

These were fun to make and were really good. I think they would be fun to try with numerous candy bars. Weren't so good the second day even after nuking them for a few seconds.

Peach Muffins

We thoguht these were excellent. I did 3/4 cup oil and one stick butter. Also cut the sugar down to 1 1/2 cup and they were plenty sweet. Added 3 cups peaches and a tsp of vanilla. I got 24 regular size muffins out of this recipe.

Chipotle Cream Chicken

I loved this dish. Followed the recipe to the T. When I went to dice the peppers in adobo they were filled with seeds, i did scrape them out and am glad i did. This dish did have quite a bite. Served with mexican rice and flour tortillas. Will definately make this again!

Caramel Macchiato Banana Bread

We made muffins with this recipe. I got 17 muffins and they baked for 20 minutes. I rolled each one in the caramel topping and they were great!

Reuben, Shmeuben - Have a Meatball!

We really enjoyed these meatballs. Taste just like your eating a reuben sandwich! We served them with thousand island dressing. Would make a great appetizer for a party, I am sure they would be a huge hit! Thanks for the recipe!

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

Me and my guests drooled over this marinade, the flavor was fantastic. I will definately be making this again and again. I followed the recipe to a T, but only marinated for 4 hours. Excellent marinade!

Awesome Spicy Beef Kabobs OR Haitian Voodoo Sticks

Followed the recipe to the T. Skewered meat with onions and red pepper. Excellent dish! Might take th cayenne down to 1 1/2 tsp next time it was pretty spicy. Served with corn and black bean salad from this site, grilled tortillas, sliced avocado and sour cream. Thanks!

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole

The flavor is fantastic, presentation not so much. I would suggest putting all the cheese inside or waiting to add to the top, it was very hard to cut through. It also didn't have a "bread" texture at all, mine turned out very wet, but like I said, it did have great flavor.

made this in the crockpot with about 8 skinless chicken thighs. Followed the recipe to the T except we didn't fry the chicken first. Great dish! Served with bean, rice, and flour tortillas.

Patty's Spicey Pixley Sticks

Made about 20 of these to take to work today. My coworkers LOVED them. Most everyone asked for the recipe. I followed the recipe as written, but did sprinkle a little of the ranch/b.sugar on the chicken before wrapping in bacon. Thanks Patty, I am going to make them again for a party on Saturday!

Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwich

We really enjoyed this sandwich. I made it on sourdough bread and added a little more of the jack cheese. I don't think i cared for the sour cream in the spread, so made another sandwich the next day and used mayo instead. We both agreed that we liked that sandwich better. Play with it, we even thought it might be good with slices of chicken in it. Thanks for the recipe!

Chili Rellenos Casserole

This was a big hit at our Cinco de Mayo potluck. I used fresh roasted anaheim chilis, no yolks and enchilda sauce. I doubled the recipe and still used the 9x13 pan. It was only about an inch and a half thick even after doubling. I did have to bake it about 10 minutes longer.
