Thai Quivering Tenderloins

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2014
We absolutely love this recipe. I marinade overnight in all the marinade liquid, and boil it all down with the chicken stock before serving.

Grilled Vegetable Salad with Fresh Herb Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2014
This salad was a huge hit at my dinner party. Roasted all the veggies earlier in the day to save time. My guests went back for seconds and thirds! Highly recommend!

Creamy Cajun Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2014
These were a bit hit at our Cindo De Mayo party. I upped the eggs to 10 and lowered the cream cheese to 2 T, used regular mayo until it was the right consistency and a sprinkle of salt. I was afraid that the cream cheese would be very noticeable but it wasn't at all. It made for a very creamy flavorful egg. I will be adding it to my regular recipe from now on.

Lawn Mower Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2013
We really enjoyed this salad. My store only carried 10 oz bags of broccoli slaw so bought a bag a trislaw (carrots, cabbage and broccoli) and tossed in a big handful of that too. I only added one ramen instead of the two called for. Dressed everything 30 min before dinner (didn't use all the dressing) and it was a huge hit for my dinner party. Will definately make this again.

Candied Jalapenos

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2013
these were amazing. I only had a 16 oz jar of sliced jalapeno peppers so added just over 1 cup of sugar. I recommend pouring off some of the liquid and adding the sugar to the jalapenos in a separate bowl. Add jalapenos back to the original container and add back what ever liquid that will fit in jar. We served over cream cheese with wheat thins. Our friends loved them!!

Blue Cheese, Spinach Meat Loaf Muffins

Reviewed: May 2, 2013
We really enjoyed this. I added diced sourdough bread instead of the bread crumbs a squeeze of ketchup, a little milk, salt and pepper. I forgot the worcestershire but probably would have liked it. I didn't add as much blue cheese because mine was pretty pungent. This was very good, very moist. Will definitely be making this again.

Mom's Creamy Tortellini Tomato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2012
We really loved this. Only added 1/2 cup of the flour but added a handful or parm at the end to the soup. Also threw in the left over stock from the box, probably 1/2 cup. I also added 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes and 1/2 tsp oregano. Will definitely make this again!

I doubled the peanut butter and added some ginger. This was way to salty for us, but i did like the flavor. Next time I think i will do half soy half water.

Lemon Cream Puffs

Everyone loved these! I doubled the recipe but had tons of filling left over. They were not too sweet which we enjoyed. Will probably make more today to use up the leftover filling.

Sesame Noodle Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2012
This dish was a great side with our korean beef. I left out the red peppers and added julienned carrots and peas, also used whole wheat spaghetti. When I first made it there was a lot of liquid in the bottom of the bowl, after an hour in the fridge and a couple tosses the liquid was all absorbed by the noodles. Just reheated for dinner. highly suggest doing that.

Beef Bulgogi

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2012
This dish was wonderful! Made as written, marinaded for 3 hours. Got the grill very hot than cooked one minute on each side. Freezing the meat for a little bit is the key to long thin slices.

Kickin' Turkey Burger with Caramelized Onions and Spicy Sweet Mayo

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2012
I had NEVER had a turkey burger before trying this. We LOVED it!! I made five burgers with it and served it on whole wheat buns. I had them for dinner twice this week and lunch one day, lol. I didn't have any horseradish so just added a T of spicy brown mustard I did have. I also halved the spicy sweet mayo sauce, and it was enough for the burgers for us. Everything about these was amazing! Will definately be on our menu again in the near future, thanks!

walnut orange dressing recipe

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2012
I found this recipe after enjoying a dressing at a restaurant on vacation who served a dressing by this same name. This is almost the same and so good. We serve this with feta cheese, carmelized walnuts, red onion slices, and tomato.
