Michelle's Soft Sugar Cookies
I was very disappointed in this recipe. Even after overnight refrigeration, the cut-outs would not hold their shape even for me to place them on the pan. The few that did survive the cut-out process expanded too much in the oven. I had to use a cookie scoop on the remainder of the dough. The finished cookies tasted like something between biscuits and breakfast cereal.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
I'm not actually done making these yet, so I'm not rating, which is why the 3 stars Right now I'm very skeptical, but that could change. I made the dough last night and put it in the fridge. I thought it seemed too dry, I actually had to squeeze it all into a ball by hand. This morning I took it out and it is hard as a rock! I came on here to see if anyone else had the same problem but apparently now. I followed everything exactly. I guess I'm going to have to get my husband to roll this rock out for me and hope for the best.

Easy Broccoli Quiche
Maybe I did something wrong? This was awful. There was far more vegetable mix than would fit in the pie plate so I had to transfer it to a casserole dish. Then it took 2 and a half hours to cook, just to get the egg mixture to a slightly firm consistency, by which time the top was about as golden brown as a lump of coal. I checked and rechecked the recipe and instructions about a thousand times, and it doesn't seem like I missed anything. Complete waste of time.
