Sandy's Chocolate Cake

This cake is absolutely decadent! I made it for my husband's birthday and he always wants chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and he devoured it. I am not a chocoholic like my husband is, but I have also fallen in love with it when I have my occasional chocolate cravings. It is fabulous - thanks so much for sharing!

Sweet and Sour Sauce II

YUM! Just what I needed. I also used the drained pineapple juice and added water to 2C. I had no white vinegar, so I used a combination of apple cider and rice vinegar. Came out perfect! I used it for sweet and sour kielbasa over rice and my family loved it. It is a keeper! Thanks for sharing.

Aussie Chicken

This dish is excellent! One of my true favorites. I cooked it as described and comes out perfect every time. The chicken is nice and moist and the sweet/salty combination is a real treat. Thanks so much for sharing!

Carrot Souffle

Great recipe! This is a new favorite. I only use 1/2 cup of sugar and I also add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. These are so yummy! Thanks for sharing!

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

My husband and I loved this dish. It is very rich and creamy, and definitely not low fat. I also used 2.5 to 3 lbs of potatoes, but I also cut the sour cream to 1 cup instead of two and also cut the butter down some. It is even more delicious as leftovers. I make this recipe all the time! Thanks for sharing!

Canadian Barn BBQ Sauce

Great recipe! I added a tsp of cumin as well to add a touch of smokey flavor. I used this recipe on my pork spare ribs and they were the hit of the BBQ. So moist and sweet yet tangy. Loved it!
