Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
Yum! I used this recipe for cupcakes and my kids loved decorating them and eating the frosting on its own.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
The sugar cookies turned out delicious. Just had difficulties rolling them out to cut into shapes, even after refridgerating them overnight. Likely user error...

Marshmallow Popcorn Balls

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
Yummy and gooey popcorn balls! I sort my popcorn after it pops to get rid of kernels and partially popped corn that can wreck your teeth. That makes the balls much more enjoyable to eat.

Delicious, light waffles! Mild flavor makes it a delightful match with fruit. Worked great with my new waffle maker and was quick and easy to make. Family loved them!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
These are very delicious, and so very cinnabon-like! I used butter this time and they were very yummy, but I think I might try the margarine or a mix of butter and the butter-flavored shortening, since other reviews have claimed it will make them softer.

Molten Chocolate Cakes

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
Easy, fun and delicious! I made them exactly as the recipe states and everyone loved them! My hubby asked how I got the fudge in the middle. It is a lot like hot fudge in the middle and it goes great with ice cream! I've also used the processed egg in a carton and they still turned out good (used half of an egg serving for the "whites"), but a bit different.

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
I made these zucchini brownies for a family reunion (along with the zucchini cobbler recipe-yum), and they turned out great! I followed this recipe EXACTLY, and the brownies rose up and were much softer than normal brownies (cake-like). I also made the frosting, which I don't normally make for brownies, and this frosting is great for these brownies. Yum! Yum!

Zucchini Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
I made this zucchini cobbler recipe for a family reunion, and everyone loved it! I cut out the zucchini seeds as another reviewer noted, and it really did taste like a subtle apple cobbler. I didn't have lemon juice, but I did have lime juice, and with this modification it still tasted great.
