White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2008
This is a tender, tasty, and quick to make. Add some dried cranberries to the dough for a tart kick that makes a beautiful Christmas cookie too. Thanks for a great go-to recipe, especially for those who are allergic to real chocolate.

Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2008
These muffins are great comfort food. Super easy, super fast, and so good. A very tender muffin. I love the blueberries, but I'm sure that it would be fabulous with bananas, or other berries. I plan to use this frequently. Thanks for a great recipe with ingredients I always have on hand.

Swiss Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2007
Easy and everyone at the table loved it. No left overs... I'm making a bigger portion next time. I didn't use all the butter, just 2 tablespoons and added boiling water to make 1/2 cup. Poured it over the stuffing and then covered the dish with aluminum foil. I removed the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking to let the top brown. A winner.

Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2006
Super Simple! I added the eggs as others suggested. I iced it with store bought cream cheese icing and everyone loved it. Moist, tasty, and will make you look like you slaved in the kitchen, when you really only opened 1 box, 1 can, blended and baked.

I used my kitchen aid mixer with the dough hook to mix the ingredients... and this was SUPER EASY. I used the sage jimmie dean sausage, sharp cheddar, and bisquick. Rave reviews and SOOO good. A keeper for sure

Easy Sausage Cheese Balls

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2005
Wow these are tasty. BIG HINT! USE YOUR BLENDER WITH A DOUGH HOOK!!! I used 1 1/2 cups bisquick and 3 cups cheese, on other suggestions. Just throw it in the blender, and use a mellon baller to make portions easy. I cooked mine on a stone and let them drain on paper towels for a few seconds after taking them out of the oven. Again, thanks for a fabulous recipe!

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2005
I Made this quiche for an important brunch and EVERYONE was impressed and just loved it. Super Easy. I baked them the day before and froze them. They reheated perfectly and saved me the stress of cooking on the day of the event. Paired it with Spinich Strawberry Salad... YUM! All a big hit.
