Banana Cake VI

Tastes fantastic! I did round cake pans instead of the 9x13 and doubled the frosting recipe. I also cooked it at about 300 for an hour and had no room in the freezer so I let it sit out to cool. But it was still moist and delicious! Amazing recipe!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

I followed the directions exactly, except using table salt instead of sea salt which I know is stronger so I used less. Though my cookie dough is more cake-like than dough-like so I was a little disappointed. I'm also not a fan of using boxed cakes.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

AMAZING!! I love cheesecake and this hits the spot! And it's so simple to make. (sidenote: I bought store brand crescent rolls and they were tearing at the perforations before I could even get them out of the can, I was afraid it wasn't going to work but even still they cooked together to form a solid sheet.) Recipe is perfect, I will definitely be making this again!

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

I've mad this pie twice now and it was a hit each time! The only changes I made was to replace the water with milk, and I left out the lemon zest. I used two jumbo lemons which gave a good 3/4cp - 1cp of lemon juice. Delicious!

Butter Balls I

Good cookies, reminds me of a snickerdoodle. Though definitely does not make 6 dozen! I made 1inch balls and it just made 3 dozen. But flavor wise they are good.

Soooo good! I used half brown sugar half white sugar, and milk and white chocolate chips. They taste more like brownies, delicious fudgey brownies!

Fruit Muffins

I really wanted to bake something but had no eggs and no butter. I came across this recipe so I figured I'd try it. Fantastic! I added some raisins and cinnamon along with the apple and they're absolutely delicious! Great recipe!
