Chicken Marinade

My family could not get enough of this marvelous, simple dish! I replaced half of the vegetable oil with dark sesame oil and used Chardonnay instead of the sherry, and it was a hit with everyone -- even the children.

Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake with Caramel Sauce

Dense and rich and SUPER chocolaty -- this is enjoyed by everyone, not just those who are wheat-sensitive. The key to a rich caramel sauce is to let the syrup cook until it is DEEP AMBER and not a moment before.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

We used this crust for a pizza fundraiser for our youth at church. We made 37 batches (for 74 pizzas) and it worked beautifully and tasted even better. It rises well in the refrigerator and freezes too. I used the leftover dough at home to make garlic bread sticks. They were great too!
