Candy Cane Fudge
yum! I made this to gift to my kids' teachers but had to sneak a couple of pieces for myself. I added the extra 1/2 tsp others recommended but I thought that it could have used another 1/2 tsp still.

Easy Sausage, Peppers and Onions with Elbows
I've made this recipe before but in a skillet so I was excited to see it done in a crock pot...what a time saver! This is a family favorite of ours, though we put the sausage/pepper mixture over angel hair pasta
