Golden Rum Cake

Absolutely wonderful. Every single person that tried it loved it. i have made it twice in one week already. And everyone still wants me to make it again. Very moist and tasty.

Very very awesome sauce. Really unique with it's sweet and spicy taste. I made it last week and my boyfriend said he is craving more. I used 5 roma tomatoes instead of 4 and simmered it for 4 hours or so. For the last 20 minutes I added meatballs. the family loved it and says i now make the best spagetti sauce they ever tasted. If you don't like overly thick sauce add a little bit of water. Will definitely make again.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

My second ever cheesecake and it turned out very very well. was creamy and very deli style there was a lot of cracking though so i might try making it in a water bath next time. did not care much for crust's taste. would add some sugar. really loved the cheesecake and everyone that tried it thought it was absolutely awesome. thanks chantal

Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

was absolutely wonderful. everyone loved it and thought it was very restaurant style. had never made a cheesecake by myself before Was not too rich. will definitely make again. may want to add more bailey if you want it's flavor to really come through. was just enough for me though
