Rob's Quacker Bites
Great recipe! I cooked this for my husband and his parents. It tasted a lot like steak to us! I borrowed from the person who used Vinegar and brown sugar, and I used A1 Steak sauce and some Wild Turkey. Marinated the breast with for about 6 hours. However, I fried the bites then placed in the oven at 300° for about 15 minutes. It was new to us and we all liked it much more than any other duck dish we've had before.

Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake
This was delicious. I messed up and added all of the sugar to the batter, so I improvised by mixing in a little brown sugar with cinnamon and chocolate chips. It was still wonderful. I doubled the batch and made three cakes in loaf pans.

Lisa's Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake
Ilove this cake, but I used butter/yellow cake mix with vanilla pudding. I save some chocolate chips to melt and drizzle over the top, then sprinkled with powdered sugar. This recipe is a delicious, moist cake! Used Often.
