Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark
I used stale pretzels I was actually going to throw out. So glad I didn't, because this is super yummy! I didn't have quite the full 2 cups of chocolate chips (I was using semi sweet), so I did use a handful of milk chocolate chips to make up the difference. Seriously easy AND tasty?? I'm making this one over and over!

Dump Cake III
Easy Peasy. Didn't change the cake recipe at all and it turned out great. Very moist, and much like a spice cake. I look forward to trying it out with other pie fillings. I didn't make the icing - I just lightly sprinkled it with powdered sugar. The family loved it. I may try a brown sugar crumble topping next time as well.

Grandma VanDoren's White Bread
This makes a very nice, very hearty bread. I actually cut the ingredients down as I did not have enough yeast. So I used 2 cups water, 4 packets of yeast (I proofed the yeast first, before adding the other ingredients), about 4 - 5 cups of flour, and just reduced other ingredients by eyeballing it (instead of using exact measurements). The dough did rise perfectly and I made two loaves.
