Vegetarian Sweet and Sour Meatballs
My boyfirend thought I was lying when I said there is no meat involved. I also used a jar of spaghetti sauce instead. I made this for a second time on thanksgiving and it wasn't as good. We were running behind on dinner and left the meatballs in the oven to stay warm. It overcooked and became really hard and flavor-less. Don't forget to take them out exactly when the recipe calls for!
