Banana Pudding IV

Just like everyone else I loved it. I made 2 batches of 9x13 pans for a 4th of July party...They both disappeared! I only use two cups of milk though because three makes mine to runny.

This is a great recipe. I used cooking wine as I do not keep other types of alcohol in my home. I also have to double the sauce recipe as I never have enough sauce. I guess my family really likes the sauce.

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa

OH my gosh. This is the best food I have ever eaten. I made it for our 4th of July party and got asked for the recipe at least 15 times. Make a lot as there wont be any left!!!
