Rainbow Pasta Salad I

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2005
Made this for my son's second birthday party. It was a hit! I did add 2 tomatoes, 1 green pepper, 1 cucumber, and 1 red onion. The more vegetables the better it tasted. My 2 year old even picked at it. I was a little hesitant on the dressing after reading everyone else's review, but I still added the whole bottle, and good thing I did, because the extra vegetables soaked it up. Tasted even better the second day!

Broccoli with Rigatoni

Reviewed: May 3, 2005
This was very good, reminded me of my moms! My son even ate some of the broccoli! The only thing I did different was I didn't add the basil, and I halved the recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: May 2, 2005
These were excellent! My 2 year old picky eater loved them, as well as my fiancee who usually turns fries down. The only thing I did different was instead of chili powder (we didn't have any), I used garlic salt, and put cooking spray on the bottom of the baking sheet. From past reviews I was nervous of the cooking time and took them out 15 minutes early. My fiance and I decided next time thats a no-no! We want them crispy!! I will just continue to flip them and use the exact recipe next time. Thanks for sharing! This is going in our recipe box!

Porcupine Meatballs II

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2005
These were horrible! Very bland! I followed the recipe to a "T" and did not like the final outcome at all. The meatballs definetly need bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. They were too dry, and not enough flavor!
