Baked Oatmeal Squares

Pasta with Gorgonzola and Sweet Onion

Absolutely fabulous. LOVED it. So yummy and extremely easy. I added a little extra gorgonzola; felt it needed it.

Broccoli Casserole

Easy and fabulous, great brown sugar taste. Sprayed pan with PAM and think this helped a lot. Didn't cut baking soda as many suggested and think they are fine as-is. Mixed choc. chips in instead of putting on top.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies III

For a cookie generally, they were very good. For an eggfree cookie, they were excellent. I will continue to make for them for my egg-allergic niece. The best part is getting to eat the egg-free batter without worry!

Easy Peach Cobbler

Easy and good (my boyfriend had second helpings!). - I brought cream cheese completely to room temp and mixed in with cake mix as others recommended. - I used two 29 oz cans of peaches and had at least 1/3 a can left that wouldn't fit in the 13x9 pan. - Used nutmeg in addition to cinnamon. - Melted the butter and drizzled on top. - Tried cooking on lower rack at others recommended, but ended up having to broil to get top brown. But, I had none of the "goo" that others have discussed.

Passover Lemon Bars

Taste was good but they didn't turn out texture wise -- crust burned so I took them out, but were undercooked. I like the idea and might try again with some of the suggested modifications.

Blueberry Sauce

Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler

Easy and excellent. I have made this twice now. This time I replaced 1 T of the sugar that goes into the berries with 1 T brown sugar. No noticeable taste difference. Still delicious. Picture is very accurate. Note: Needed about 4 mins. less cooking time in my oven.

Pollo Bianco

This is a very easy recipe and has good results. Chicken was very tender and moist. Have never cooked with thigh meat before and this was a good start for me. I substituted 14 oz of chicken broth for most of the water.
